What is the dress code for the evening?
This is a black-tie gala. We encourage guests to wear formal evening attire tuxedos or dark suits for men, and gowns or cocktail dresses for women. Honorees and sponsors are invited to dress in elegant formalwear suitable for red-carpet photos.
Where should I park when I arrive?
Complimentary parking will be available on-site. Attendants will be present to direct traffic and assist with parking. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in.
What time should I plan to arrive and be seated?
Doors will open at 6:00 PM, giving you time to enjoy the red-carpet experience and live music. Dinner and the formal program will begin promptly at 7:00 PM, so we encourage all guests to be seated by that time.
Will there be vegetarian or special meal options?
Yes. Vegetarian and dietary-friendly meals will be available with advance request. If you have specific dietary needs, please let us know during ticket purchase or contact the event team at least one week prior to the gala.
