"Vision: To meet people at their need by doing the Christlike thing 24 HOURS/7 DAYS a week. As long as someone is hungry, homeless, or hurting 24 HOUR FAITH TRAINING CENTER is open for a word of PRAYER and a chance to meet a physical need.

Mission: Our mission is to TRAIN OUR FAITH together so we all can be apart of the cloud of witness someday, by DOING and LIVING the Social Gospel of Jesus Christ from Nazerth the Jew. (Matt 25:33-46).

Founding Pastor of 24 Hour Faith Training Center Kansas City, Mo

Timothy Da-Shon Hayes, Jr. was born on February 28, 1991, to Dr. Gina M. Taylor and Timothy D. Hayes, of Kansas City, MO. He was raised and educated in the Kansas City Public School District and earned his High School Diploma from the Paseo Academy School of the Performing Arts in 2009. In December 2015, Pastor Hayes earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible & Theological Studies from the Historical American Baptist College, Nashville, TN. After several years of searching for self- identity, Pastor Hayes accepted the awesome Call to the Ministry of Jesus Christ in his Mother’s Kitchen. In December 2011, he was awarded the License to Preach at the Greater New Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church (AMEC) of Kansas City, KS. While in Nashville, TN Pastor Hayes served as Youth and College Minister at the Kayne Avenue Missionary Baptist Church. While in Murfreesboro, TN Pastor Hayes served as Youth Minister at the Historical Allen Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church (AMEC). Pastor Hayes, following God's voice, in November of 2015 became the Founding Pastor of 24 Hour Faith Training Center in Kansas City, Mo. The Motto at 24 Hour Faith Training Center is "We do not have church; we do it". Since founding the church, Pastor Hayes has become a new voice for his community as he fights for justice on all levels of leadership.

While leading 24 Hour Faith Training Center they have been an active hand in the Kansas City, Mo area with cutting edge ministries that meet people at their need. In 2018 Pastor Hayes published his first book “Don’t Snap, God Has Your Back” which spent a great amount of time as the #1 bestselling book on amazon.com

. In 2020 Pastor Hayes released his second book “Tim’s Four T’s: Take Time To Think” which he sold over 300 copies in the first month of releasing. This publication has been used to help many bring their ideas to life. Pastor Hayes has not only found success in ministry but also as a small business owner himself. Pastor Hayes founded in 2017 "God Grow We Mow" he sold the company in 2020 for 8x the amount he invested to start it. In 2018, Pastor Hayes became owner and operator of 24 Hour Faith Moving Company. By 2020, the company grew in revenue to over 400,000 dollars and is steadily growing every year. In 2019, Pastor Hayes open the doors to "Venue 10901" which is known in Kansas City as one of the hottest Venues in Kansas City which is booked out months in advanced to date. One of the greatest moments in the life of Pastor Hayes was June 6, 2019 as he celebrated the birth of his only child King Karter Hayes. 2022 Pastor Hayes open the doors to Whats On Your Plate a soul food wing lovers take out restaurant. At home in Kansas City, he is a die-heart Fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and the Kansas City Royals. However, his Greatest Love is the Love for Jesus Christ that surpasses any other Love. Pastor Hayes’ imagery of Ministry is a testimony to simply be a Chosen Vessel, Called by God, Used by the Holy Spirit, and propelled by the Power of Jesus Christ. His work in Ministry is to draw all men, women, and children to a service with the Almighty God
